The new digitized fingerprint/photograph/signature has passed in many states, including California, Texas, Georgia, Oregon, Illinois, Colorado and others. This was done in the state legislatures. Not so in Alabama. They are using a "promulgated rule" done by the Department of Public Safety. More about that later in this post and what ALL of you can do to help, no matter what state you are in.

More bad news about the National ID: Yesterday, Georgia businesses started receiving information from the Federal Dept. of Human Services, via Donna Shalala. It explains the "new hires" program mandated by Public Law 104-193. (See www.mcwebs.com/repeal/ for extensive info) The Federal government is bypassing state legislatures with this information by sending this directly to business owners. It gets worse.

A friend of mine in Atlanta called me today after receiving forms to be filled out, given by his company's payroll dept. He asked what would happen if he didn't fill them out and the answer was, "You won't get paid". When asking what would be done with the information, he was told it was being sent to the government. It gets even worse.

On this form, a government form, with a header of "human resource management", it asked for his spouses social security number, what he called her!!!, plus her real name, her birthdate, who their physician is, children's names and other info, race, etc., etc. THEY WANT TO KNOW WHAT HE CALLS HIS WIFE!!!!!!!!! Can you believe it? This is totally outside the blank wanting to know what her name is!

Guys, are you about nauseated yet? All this information is mandated by the federal gestapo and the Stasi. Well, acutally, Shalala has embellished it quite a bit. Here's the plan: Your employer has to send this info to the state for databasing. Then it goes to the National New Hires Program for databasing, then to the Federal Parent Locator Service, then to the IRS,
Dept. of Commerce, Dept. of Labor, Dept. of Human Services, Social Security Administration, etc. Then your bank, cable TV company, public utility company, etc. have to report back to the National New Hires Program.

Imagine Hitler with a database....
